Houd er rekening mee dat u de hal niet met de auto kunt betreden, zorg indien nodig voor een transportkarretje. Parkeren is mogeljik in de buurt van de hal, afhankelijk van het tijdstip van aankomst.
Please note that you cannot enter the hall by car, if necessary provide a trolley. Parking is possible near the hall, depending on the time of arrival.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Einfahrt in die Halle mit dem PKW nicht möglich ist, bringen Sie daher ggf. einen Transportwagen mit. Parkplätze stehen je nach Ankunftszeit in Hallennähe zur Verfügung.

Standbouw en indeling - Stand construction and layout - Standbau und -gestaltung - Construction et aménagement de stands
- Voorzie uw tafels van tafelkleden die tot circa 10 cm boven de grond reiken, zowel aan de voor als achterkant om een nette uitstraling te waarborgen.
- Zelf meegebrachte tafels of tafelpladen worden 'gedoogd' bij wandplaatsen of in overleg met collega-standhouders, zonder de gangpaden te blokkeren. Bij klachten dient de stand onmiddelijik teruggebracht te worden in de oorspronkelijke staat.
- Houd gangpaden, (nood)uitgangen en brandhaspels vrij van goederen.
- Provide your tables with tablecloths that reach approximately 10 cm above the ground, both at the front and back to ensure a neat appearance.
- Self-brought tables or table tops are 'tolerated' for wall placements or in consultation with fellow exhibitors, without blocking the aisles. In the event of complaints, the stand must be returned to its original state immediately.
- Keep aisles, (emergency) exits and fire hoses free of goods.

Standinformatie
Deelnemerslijst, standnummers en een plattegrond zijn beschikbaar via deze link. Bij aankomst vindt u op uw tafel een envelop met uw naam en polsbandjes (2 per stand). Zorg ervoor dat u uw polsbandjes draagt voordat u begint met de inrichting van uw stand. Medewerkers controleren op het dragen van de badges tijdens de opbouw en tijdens de beurs. De polsbandjes zijn uitsluitend voor standhouders en niet voor bezoekers. Bedankt voor uw medewerking.
Participant list, stand numbers and a floor plan are available via this link . Upon arrival you will find an envelope with your name and wristbands (2 per stand) on your table. Make sure you wear your wristbands before you start setting up your stand. Staff will check for badges during set-up and during the exhibition. The wristbands are for exhibitors only and not for visitors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihre Armbänder tragen, bevor Sie mit dem Aufbau Ihres Standes beginnen. WE VRAGEN U DRINGEND OM DE AUTO NIET VOOR DE BEZOEKERS INGANG TE PARKEREN. Deze ruimte willen we vrij houden voor bezoekers die slecht ter been zijn. Parkeer daarom tegen het gebouw van 1931 aan op P4
U hoeft geen parkeerkosten te betalen zowel de opbouw als de beursdag (op de beursdag kunt u na 17:15 kunt u vrij uitrijden).

U kan gratis twee klapstoelen ophalen bij de organisatie om tijdens de beurs te gebruiken. Indien u meer stoelen nodig heeft laat dit dan uiterlijk 4 weken voor de beurs weten. Gebruik de klapstoelen niet om materiaal voor de verkoop op te zetten.
YoYou can pick up two folding chairs for free from the organization to use during the fair. If you need more chairs, please let us know at least 4 weeks before the fair. Do not use the folding chairs to set up material for sale.
Zur Nutzung während der Messe können Sie sich zwei Klappstühle kostenlos beim Veranstalter abholen. Sollten Sie mehr Stühle benötigen, geben Sie uns bitte mindestens 4 Wochen vor der Messe Bescheid. Verwenden Sie die Klappstühle nicht zum Ablegen von Verkaufsmaterialien.

Er is GEEN mogelijkheid voor een stroomaansluiting. De hal is voorzien van heldere led verlichting. Wilt u extra verlichting dan adviseren wij oplaadbare led verlichting of een droge accu/powerpack mee te nemen voor uw extra verlichting.
There is NO possibility for a power connection. The hall is equipped with bright LED lighting. If you want extra lighting, we advise you to bring rechargeable LED lighting or a dry battery/power pack for your extra lighting.
Es besteht KEINE Möglichkeit für einen Stromanschluss. Der Saal ist mit heller LED-Beleuchtung ausgestattet. Wenn Sie zusätzliche Beleuchtung wünschen, empfehlen wir Ihnen, wiederaufladbare LED-Beleuchtung oder eine Trockenbatterie/ein Netzteil für Ihre zusätzliche Beleuchtung mitzubringen.

Laat uw eigendommen nooit onbewaakt achter. Bedek uw tafel aan het einde van de opbouwdag met een doek en zet deze vast. De organisatie en de brabanthallen kunnen niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor eventuele vermissing van goederen. SLuit hiervoor desgewenst zelf een verzekering voor af.
